Join the FOPP volunteer team

Footsteps of Pompallier Pilgrimage is entirely run by our team of dedicated volunteers. From pre planning to supporting the pilgrims and running the live event there are many opportunities to volunteer your skills across a wide range of tasks.

Pre Event Core Team - working at various times throughout the year to organise the pilgrimage

Marketing- copy and design
Marketing - website editing and/or social media posting and monitoring
Marketing - flyer and poster distribution to parishes
Sponsorship and fundraising - organising fundraising and sponsorship
Event Core Team - in charge of planning overall event and volunteers
Health and safety - pre event and during event
Logistics - sourcing the equipment and services necessary to run the pilgrimage
Finance and accounting - book keeping, liasing with trust comittee to pay invoices, simple reporting
Secretary - answering emails, organising and taking meeting minutes, registrations etc.

I am aware this event is in Northland and I will be required to travel to the event.
